A pipeline is one scheduled job or stream that produces data: an Airflow DAG, a dbt job, a Spark application or a Kafka consumer group. A DAG with 30 tasks is still one pipeline. You choose which pipelines to monitor, and you can pause one at any time to stop it counting.
Nothing is switched off. Team and Business bill the extra pipelines at the next band price at the end of the month, and we email you at 80 percent and 100 percent of your included count. The Free plan stops at 10 pipelines: the eleventh is not created and the API tells you why.
No. Team, Business and Enterprise include unlimited seats. The Free plan includes 3 seats, because it is meant for one person trying Tidewater on a real pipeline.
You pay for 10 months and get 12. That is about 17 percent less than monthly billing. The estimator on this page shows the monthly equivalent and the amount you save each year. Annual plans are billed up front, and you can change the number of pipelines at any time.
Yes. Upgrades apply at once and are prorated to the day. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period, and you keep what you have until then.
The Free plan has no time limit, and you can start a 21 day trial of Team from inside the app without entering a card. After 21 days the workspace returns to Free unless you add a payment method.
Prices are in US dollars. Monthly plans are paid by card. Annual plans can be paid by card or by bank transfer against an invoice. Enterprise agreements can use purchase orders.
